Name - Okudaera Tsuboki. Called Boki by many.
Birthday - January 4th.
Height - 5'9".
Weight - 131lbs.
Personality - Tsuboki is considerate of others of their feelings, and will usually put others needs ahead of her own. She is organized, responsible, focused and a hard-worker, usually doing work, and finishing it before moving onto anything else. While not concentrating on important things, it's not out of her nature to want to loaf around with friends and a bottle of sake. Her strange illness doesn't stop her from fighting and working her hardest, which usually leaves her exhausted after a fight.
Division - 12th.
Seat - 5th.
Zanpakuto Name - Wasurenagusa (Forget-Me-Not).
Appearance - A regular, ordinary katana. It only has half of a hilt with two-layers; the top layer has rounded flower petals, while the bottom layer has spikey-petals.
Release - 'Wasurenagusa'.
Release Appearance - A Bisento when released, various colourful/patterned ribbons and bells are tied near the blade. The blade can grow and shrink to her will.
Shikai - Steal portions of the opponents spiritual energy, but only when the opponent is within a 10ft radius. Steals more when the opponent is cut or stabbed, about 5% with each slash or stab. Temporarily reduces damage taken by 20%, however the damage will return once it reverts from Shikai.
Bankai - Not yet achieved.
Bio - While she was alive, Tsuboki was an incredibly sickly child, which led to her early death at 12. While in the Soul Society, the sickness still followed her, only not as severe (bad cough, occasional breathing trouble and fatigue, coughing up blood from time to time). Tsuboki attended the Shinigami Academy not only to become a shinigami, but also to have free access to the academy's medical clinic. She was put into the 12th Division upon graduation. One night while sleeping in the 12th Division barracks, Mayuri took her while she slept, operating her and replacing her problematic organs with substitute organs, to use her as a guinea pig and test out how well they work and for how long. This further relieved Tsuboki of her health problems, although she still coughs up blood on occasion, and needs to get them replaced bi-yearly.
Extra - Although Tsuboki had had a majority of her organs switched out for 'better' ones, she still needs to have them replaced from time to time (bi-yearly). Her own Zanpakuto worries about her health.
